The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was beautifully decorated with attention to detail. The location in the heart of the city was perfect, and the staff treated us like family.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with the addition of a walk-in shower instead of just a bathtub with a shower.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and made to feel right at home. The rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated with modern touches. We loved browsing through the coffee table books provided, which added a touch of sophistication to our stay. The breakfast was a real treat, with a delightful selection of homemade goodies that left us feeling satisfied and ready to explore. Mimi, our host, was an absolute joy and provided us with fantastic recommendations for places to visit and eat. The location of the property was perfect for exploring the old part of the city, and we especially enjoyed the stunning views of Lyon from the garden. The owners did a remarkable job renovating the building with quality materials, and the respect for history was evident throughout. Although some stairs were required to reach the rooms, it was well worth it, as the bedding was excellent and the garden served as a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling city. Mimi and Nicholas were the perfect hosts, and we couldn't have asked for a more fabulous stay. The only minor downside was the absence of a shower, in true French style.
